I as the signed below take the responsibility upon me to perform these works according to the prices attached that are 3404 Austrian Guldens and agree with general and special conditions.
I take the liberty to make a remark: due to the fact that I’ve made also the bearing constructions for this conference hall, I am aware of its complete technical plan, what is in this case of a great value.
